Modsy's technology is helping homeowners see what furnishing will look like in their home before they ever make a purchase. Modsy allows the user to get a more photorealistic rendering of what their room will look like with the home furnishings.
The service does come with a fee of approximately $69 per room. However, the value of seeing the furniture in your space before a purchase can be priceless.
